ehh. i love trains (i live right behind the train tracks and the sound of them is so soothing) but MAN do they take forever to get anywhere. they're always late- and also? the food on it is freaking expensive and people are drunk and annoying. so i guess the moral of the story is, if you plan on ever taking a train trip, pack lots of yummy snackies (and maybe your own booze, so you can better handle the drunkards)

p.s. i have not yet tried sleeping cars (bc they are HECK OF expensive - like, more expensive than flying.) but those sound like they could be sweet.
lol lol, i totally agree, i find the idea of trains to be romantic, but really, they just take SO long, who has the patience? It'd take multiple days for me to take the train from Seattle to SD, so it'll probably never happen, unless I have mass amounts of time to spare, which I don't, lol.
anyway, this couple was really cute, and i was really tempted to walk over there, and hand them prints that i would've somehow magically printed out, because i think they'd like them :)
